*OT* She may be telling the truth depending on what is wrong with them. I have been through 3 when trying to use them with the power adapter. They only work for a few weeks then quit. They work fine on battery power but who wants to buy batteries every day??? 2 were used in my old car that didn't have a CD player and one is in my shop area. I would have expected the dust to mess up the optical sensor or something but it was the same problem of the power adapter not working.

Man EMC is a monster! I Can't believe I didn't buy it at 53. My system is telling me not to try and catch it, I hope it is right.

Good Luck,

Lee

hey Dennis - Katie's cd player AND walkman both stopped working a couple of weeks ago - Katie assures me that they simply stopped working completely out of their own wilfulness. Remind me to find a retailer that sells non-anthropomorphic machines.
