Jim, multilanguage sounds very hot. :) Thread: two email management ipos are debuting this week: egan and kana. My understanding is that they provide s/w to enable companies to manage their own email, rather than provide outsourcing services like ctch. Silknet seems to be a competitor of theirs. So far, these ipo's seem to be a non-event for ctch's stock price. Is it an issue of enough market for all at this point? Any info, perspective appreciated. Rob
