Ralphd2: Please explain: 2)-"since the universe began at an instant of time, there must be a time before time, and an existence before reality" TA Message #908 from Ralphd2 at Sep 20 1999 10:27PM to Einstein, the singularity represented a boundry on human knowledge. it also hearkened to the instance of the big bang. if at the instant of creation there was an "Edge" to it, there was a beginning to the whole shebang, and it started in instant 0. the reasoning behind the exsistance of god is as follows. 1) - there is a finite beginning to the universe, and this is the bang. 2) - since teh universe began at an instant of time, there must be a time before time, and an exsistance before reality 3) - if anything exsisted before the big bang, it is an extra-universal object. 4) - extra universal objects = god. i have a feeling that there is more to life than meat and death and struggle. i cannot explain it in more concrete language. my relatives are very public in thier intepretation of the "holy" scriptures. i disagree with them often. they think that any who does not worship god their way does not worship god. i disagree with them on this point they feel that anyone who doesn't worship god their way is going to hell. i again disagree. for if there is a god, and i am not deluded, he surely loves diversity. there are far too many stars in the sky, and far too many living creatures, bushes, thingies for which we have no name as yet, for god to want "one true way" IN ANYTHING...
