If you were wondering what I was referring to, on Saturday you wrote FWIW, I do believe that AOL is oversold and, in a decent market, might get a little 10-12 point bounce here. In fact I am seriously considering buying some October 90 calls myself.
Of course you followed that with (well-warranted) skepticism that "the final lows are not in place", so you obviously have a nuanced perspective. I guess you were just talking about a technical play there. But, for one that seeks a PEG ratio of 1.0 or less (if I'm correct in understanding that as a tenet of yours), it seems one could be a whole lot more patient in waiting for an entry price on this puppy. Also (and perhaps more important than the PEG), one would like a hell of a lot more earnings visibility in light of multiple fires that need to be put out in AOL's theater of operations.
