I think it must be. Recall the allusion to CDMA/HDR applicability to WLL at the analyst meeting.

Isn't it the case that if this deal goes through, NextWave is going where no wireless operator has gone before, i.e. the sweet spot... a combination fixed/mobile, voice/Inet, consumer/business, provider's/provider network, all made possible by the Q!s enabling CDMA technology? Wow!
