What i'm showing is a float of 11 million and total shares outstanding of 146 million. If the stock has sunk from 160 whatever to 64 with only 11 mil out, what's going to happen if even another 11 million hits the market? Your very right, I considered that it's already in the price, but have been doing some D.D. tonight, and PCLN recieves the bulk of their revenue from airline tickets, okay, the airlines uses PCLN to dump unsold tickets. So with the holidays coming you would think this is going to be a big quarter-nope-PCLN will actually recieve less tickets to sell because the airlines will have less unsold tickets to dump. Also I did notice the price leveling slightly, and they did recieve an upgrade today, which in my opinion was a favor to the big holders of PCLN waiting to dump, trying to keep the price up until Friday. Now to find the red herring.
