Recently intc agreed to sell chips to emachines and engel was very demonstrative on this thread in his praise of this new customer of intc's, more profits etc. My comment was only to suggest that he may be disappointed to learn that Piper Jaffrey is alleging that emachines may not be financially viable. I assure you that I am no fan of emachines.

Do I think emachines "is torturing every tier one player"?...at a million pcs, I really don't think they are big enough to do that. As for the intc/amd conflict, it was not my intent to perpetuate it but rather to suggest to engel that it might be best not to toot the praises of intc until after the deal has been fully consummated.

I apologize if my comments offended you....that was not their intent.
