To all --

The shareholders meeting is almost here. Once again, I am hopeful that someone out there will confront the B of D about the ridiculous increase in the number of options given to the CEO. As much as the fortuitous insider selling and abysmal share price stick in my craw, the raise is what most concerns me since it indicates that the B or D, as well as the CEO, is oblivious to shareholder value. I just don't understand how the raise is justified given the company's performance over the last three years. Was Mr. Benhamou going to leave without the raise? Geez, where's the downside there?

All,
CS beats estimates by a penny; down almost a point and a half as its reward from the street. What's that mean for COMS? Bill
