You got that right. That's why HP, IBM, Dow Chemical, Imation, Micron, Herman Miller, Haworth, etc. are using 3rd party logistics (experts in supply chain) company to distribute products. It's much more complex than that people complain about their late delivery.

To a certain degree, that's correct (though I think that there were far deeper problems starting at the top). However, it's a different world and a much different company. This is simply another buying opportunity and I hold to my belief that the company remains grossly undervalued.
