Santiago I haven't the slightest doubt that Rome historicised Jesus from myth and the purpose for it. Christianity has done a good job in spreading a false religion. There were a few church fathers of the time period who created support for the hoax and I gave you a site for obtaining their writings. In order to really see events of those times and how the bible came about requires actual history and an open mind. If you will get a world map showing how the Roman conquerors acquired territory in the mideast and Europe and another world map showing the spread of Christianity you will find that the religion followed the conquerors. There can be no historical doubt that the Roman Catholic Church was the first. You must also search the other sects of the times and their religions. The bible fails to tell that the Pharisees rebelled against slavery and taxation and were the temple leaders. It wasn't the religious leaders who created the bible it was the emporor Ceasar and his family. It was to control the rebellious jews and stop the uprising. Polycarp, Justin Martin, Josephus and the other early writers were all ruling family members and part of the conspiracy.
