<<I wouldn't say that I'm nervous about GUMM although I am concerned that people are trying to manipulate the stock.>>

Surely an experienced, successful, investor such as yourself would know that if Zicam works and GUMM sells a lot of it, in the long run whatever you say or what Wexler says is completely immaterial.

If you are as confident in GUMM's success as you claim, then relax and let events take their course. I'd guess that if the GUMM supporters would just settle down, Bill wouldn't feel motivated to call it a stock fraud on an hourly basis.

" The most obvious lie is that he reminds us several times a day that "GUMM is a fraud". "

First of all, I believe the claim is stock promotion fraud. Secondly, disagreeing with your opinion of a company does not make it a lie. Your opinion is not the arbiter of truth.

"I'm not the only person on SI that has had problems with Bill."

Wow, so other people dislike him. Guess what, you've got a lot of people here who dislike you because of your constant shilling for GUMM. I know, I know, the people who don't like you don't count, while the people who agree with you do. Similar to how you can confidently state that you are on the hot list because you are clean, truthful, honest, forthright, dependable, just a regular boy scout, but have no clue how Bill got on the list. Did you ever think maybe you made the list because some folks enjoy hot air?

From #3829: "I truly would like to return to my low profile, and would do so if the folks here would stop bashing GUMM day in and day out."

You know, folks here would probably stop 'bashing' GUMM if you'd quit shilling it. It's amazing that you see no problem with your own anti social behavior, or that you view yourself on the 'side of truth' because others disagree with your assessment of a company. It is a fact that you can't prove that GUMM is not a stock promotion fraud. It is also a fact that there are enough red flags surrounding the company that it may well be.

Barb
