Guys, I'm sorry: the above wasn't about GUMM (worthless, stinking POS that it is), it is about ZICA.

I wonder what they're spending their money on?? Yes, airfare to and from China can get a bit expensive, and I hear a few well-placed bribes can't hurt in that arena, but over $4M??
