No, A@P is gone because SI wanted him gone. Simple as that. You may not agree with SI (and you would not be alone), but know that A@P's departure from here was quite involuntary.

Jon, you heard right. Anthony appears at times to be cold and brutal on these message boards (where he is at work). But when you meet him face to face he is one of the kindest and most caring people I have met. I attended his recent seminar, and the thing that I was most impressed with was his concern for the comfort of others. During two very busy days, he continually went out of his way to ensure that everyone not only learned something, but that they also enjoyed themselves.You may dismiss my thoughts as those of a loyal follower. I haven't always been, when I first read Anthonys posts I couldn't stand him but, but the truth he spoke won me over. If you have the chance to associate yourself with him in some way, do it, you will be rewarded in many ways.
