not imo, think how the US stock mkt reacted over the last 5 yrs to a stronger dollar. Japan's NEEDS the yen to rise, if they and the world are going to recover from this funk. Her stock mkt will correct and maybe even hit new lows when our bubble pops, but their mkt wil not see new lows in dollars.... watch those ADR's and when pessimism is at its height on how Japan cannot recover w/ a high yen.. BUY

this should revisit 7 as the NIKKEI in yen hits new lows whne the US bubble collapses.
