On or about 10 November 1998, eh? This is rather interesting... Benita Sylver 371,000 ...especially in light of the fact that on 3 November 1998 Benita filed a signed and sworn document--with regard to her bankruptcy--in which she claimed to own no AZNT stock. (See page 7 of the relevant document.) Another point: The Company's President and CEO is also the owner of a specialized equipment distributor from whom the Company purchased much of its laboratory equipment. We know, of course, about Abracel. But what's this company, and where's it located? There isn't any Nevada incorporation for it.
