Intelliquis International and Big Planet Sign Distribution Agreement; Big
Planet to distribute Intelliquis' software products through its online store
and direct marketing channel

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 1999--Intelliquis
International Inc. (OTC BB: INTQ), a premier provider of personal
computer and Internet software, and Big Planet, an innovative provider
of Internet-based technology and communications products and services,
today announced the signing of a distribution agreement between the
two companies.
Under terms of the agreement, Big Planet will offer Intelliquis'
Web Site Traffic Builder, TotalFax and Credit Builder Deluxe software
products to its customers through its online store at
bpstore.com and its direct marketing channel of independent
representatives.
According to Mark Tippets, Intelliquis vice president of sales,
the distribution agreement with Big Planet will allow Intelliquis to
continue growing its presence in the online retail market.

an extensive sales force, so working with them presents Intelliquis
with new market opportunities," Tippets said. "This distribution
agreement allows Intelliquis to further extend its reach in the online
