When I try to sell a long position I occasionally get a "no long position held - convert to short sale?" message. I have called ABW twice on this problem, they are very nonchalant about it; I am told to reset my machine. I now reset couple times a day, but still get this message too often. It is costing me money, but why should they worry? It is very frustrating to miss a good exit point due to this problem, which they will not acknowledge. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions? Should they be required to honor these orders, if it trades through my price? Thanks, Sheri
