Does anyone know if Legg Mason uses Strong buy, buy neutral... or Buy, accumulate, market perform? If their buy equates to a strong buy (I suspect it might because of the price target compared to where it stands today) then TTP would end up the clear #1 biotech for a while (often companies ranked #1 by Zacks/YAHOO have 3 or less analysts covering) TTP was fairly strong yesterday, I suspect some of their big customers got a heads up. At the Novartis conference today...Zomaril is very prominent on their graphs of coming products. Appears major discussion about the product will come in the afternoon session.
