Hey Coz, great perception. CGI is definitely in the finance and telecomm sectors. Their most recent acquisition was primarily in health care, and so was IFM's latest acquisition.

It wouldn't surprise me to see a "merger" of the two, especially when BCE gains more control over CGI, as in the placement of Godin's shares within BCE hands.

BTW, when Godin does place CGI shares in BCE hands, do you know what he gets? Not money, but actually BCE shares. Yes, and when all is said and done, Godin will be one of the largest shareholders in BCE. So, therefore, anything benefitting BCE at this point, benefits Godin as well.

IFM has been on CGI's radar map for some time. With the Bell Sygma acquisition almost completed, I don't see IFM far behind. It would be interesting to know who was buying the IFM shares when they were cheaper. CGI does has oodles of money in the bank today.

All my opinion, of course.

Sili

P.S. Looks like earlier buyers didn't materialize this morning. My market depth showed interest before market open but seemed to vaporize.

Hi The Coz !
Why BCE would sell IFM to CGI ??? They already control over 60% of IFM why sell it ? Why CGI would be interested in buying IFM ? CGI is focusing on a take over in the US to increase his penetration. What CGI could gain in buying IFM ?
I don't get'it.

Au revoir
