What's newsworthy here is the fact that the stream of new GSM networks being created is continuing. Countries that were expected to support only two networks are getting a third - countries where three was thought to be sufficient (Italy) are getting a fourth operator.

The markets can support this - if the mobile phone market penetration growth is fast enough. Sorry, Mika - can't find new info on the Czech situation today.

Mika: Fair enough. Sometimes we American's miss that Europe for GSM purposes has an eastern border concurrent with the EU. The old Russian satellites are still on the outside. So yes, I can see how a Hungarian contract is a good sign for GSM. Best. Chaz
