Personally I don't expect any better from CNBS. Anyway, do you follow indices? What are you entrails telling you about banking indices BKX and BIX. Both set a new lower low (lower than December 1998) today.

I guess that's the mindset that causes the market to
rally during our last few wars, the price of war stocks to rocket during those crisis times..

I don't know.. It's just the way it is.. but it bothers me too.
