Datamart should be a big hit. Customers need to look at it from the standpoint of the average cost per customer. For some companies, this would be less than sending out a few mailers per year, a few ads in trade rags, or holding a few seminars. Feedback from datamart enables custom communication with customers.

Lots of talk about big call centers and competition. Winning bids at this level is hard, but will improve.

Datamart Service Bureau for centers that lack expertise. Finally the architecture is here. I'd like to see more of this. Offer Customer contact flow from a remote plateform. Charge per contact. Easy for customers to get started. Sign here, service turned on next month.

E-gain deal looks interesting. EGAN has market cap close to ASPT, but with only $1M in sales last year. I bet ASPT worked a great deal on this one. Maybe some of that valuation will seep over into our company's market cap.

On a functional basis, the need for a blended solution supports my theory that customers now have a true impending event to upgrade their call center platform. It is real simple, the internet.

Attention all analyst, I am issuing a strong buy on this stock. Company in position to benefit from adoption of e-commerce via internet. End users need a multi channel system. The company is also in position to gain market share by luring customers away from Nortel and Lucent.

There, I did it first, now I want to see some of you follow me.

Just having some fun here. Bye
