Hot from RB: Brief conversations (2) with Mr. Mendez today. I learned: 1. Finalization of filing could be as quickly as ONE DAY from now. Lawyers and accountants are hard at work, and only 1 area needs to be resolved. I am unclear as to the timing for public release of figures, as I took Mr. Mendez to mean that all other information is in SEC'S hands, and was unable to ascertain if that meant upon receipt of final area the SEC would immediately release report. Need someone to confirm this point. 2. Selection of public relations firm is down to 2 companies. A final meeting with one of these companies will be held late this week, and then a decision will be made. IMPORTANT POINT: the PR firm will NOT BE WORKING FOR STOCK! 3. LGOV management has prepared promotional literature in a letter/report format. These "letters" are to be mailed to investment/brokerage houses, investment bankers, investment groups etc, and will spell out in detail the potentialities for investing in LGOV LONG TERM! As soon as financials are done, the letters go out! All in all, a very positive conversation. We are SO CLOSE. We do not need any Pumpers/Dumpers at this point. I can barely contain my excitement. Isn't life wonderful! ÿ
