On TSE, IVI and IVC trades quite differently, in price as well as volume. IVC mimics CMIV on nasdaq, usually but certainly in price.

There is no difference in any of these shares except for Canadian share holders, IVI can be held in your RRSP without counting towards the foreign content limit. But that does not really explain the premium investors are willing to pay for IVI. My take: these are the clueless investors, as opposed to some of us long term investors, who manage to loose money with full control of our faculties. :o)
