Last year JDX made $1.4 million in profit because the U.S dollar gained compared to the Canadian dollar (foreign exchange gain). We had $19.4 million in cash 18 months ago....now we have over $20.5 million (including the medsite.com deal). These minor changes in the U.S dollar and Bond rate will not even matter in the end. If you just look at interest on their holdings and the burn rate, JDX's asset value should stay relatively constant until the deal(s) is done.

I see the mining asset as a hidden bonus. One of these days they will receive a nice offer for the property and shareholder will be surprised by another cash influx. I have no idea when this will be but it just adds to JDX's value.

Best Regards
KEITH
