Simple answer to that is to park cash in t-bill and trade off margin intraday at no cost. Not a workable idea for position traders though.

I agree with you there, although this would not be workable for people considering the Watley Free program either. I believe this newly announced program requires at least $20k of free cash in the account.

I haven't tried using T-bills in the account. Let me ask you a question. Assuming a $100k account and the purchase of a $100k T-bill, how much buying power would the trader have? I assume it would be $100k, not $200k. Is this correct?
