MountainZone.com to Provide Outdoor Sports Content and Commerce for SportsLine Users

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., and SEATTLE, Wash., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- SportsLine USA, Inc., (Nasdaq: SPLN - news) the leading global Internet sports media company and publisher of CBS SportsLine (http://cbs.sportsline.com), and ZoneNetwork.com, Inc., publisher of MountainZone.com (http://www.mountainzone.com), the leading mountain sports Web site, today announced an exclusive content and commerce agreement.

Beginning in October, ZoneNetwork.com will produce co-branded sites on cbs.sportsline.com and become the exclusive provider of content in a variety of categories, including mountain, snow and other outdoor sports. The co- branded sites will also be customized for and integrated with each of SportsLine's expanding list of worldwide properties.

Additionally, SportsLine and ZoneNetwork.com will create co-branded stores for each of SportsLine's worldwide properties, featuring merchandise for each of ZoneNetwork.com's exclusive content areas within SportsLine's e-commerce area, shop.sportsline.com. The stores will highlight premier outdoor brands already featured on MountainZone.com and will include consumer and expert product reviews, comparison charts, product selection tools, boot and shoe fitting guides and live customer chat.

Under the terms of the three-year agreement, SportsLine will receive a minority equity in ZoneNetwork.com, a multi-million dollar fee in exchange for promotion of the co-branded site and stores, as well as commissions on advertising and merchandise revenue in excess of certain thresholds. ZoneNetwork.com will receive all revenue from merchandise sales and advertising related to the co-branded site and stores, as well as an annual content licensing fee.

SportsLine rises on bond buyback

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBS.MW) -- Shares of Sportsline USA rose 11 percent
Tuesday after the company announced it would repurchase $90 million worth of notes.

SportsLine (SPLN: news,
msgs), which runs an
Internet Web site that
specializes in sports news,
said in a statement it intends
to purchase any and all of its
outstanding 5 percent
convertible subordinated
notes due 2006. The offer
expires Oct. 19.

Shares of SportsLine closed
up 3 at 28 3/8.

The purchase price for each
$1,000 worth of notes will be $750, plus accrued and unpaid interest from Oct. 1, up to, but
not including, the date of payment.

This means the company will buy the bonds back for $75 dollars each while the bonds are
currently trading at 71 1/2.

SportsLine is partially owned by CBS, which also owns a significant stake in
MarketWatch.com, publisher of the CBS.MarketWatch.com Web site

on cnbc tonight i saw them talking about a stock that..is an e-commerce sporting goods company, that represents many manufactures..from golf clubs to soccer balls and also has competing brands on this site..anyone know what stock this is..thx
