It looks like the damage was limited due to solid construction. Most buildings in quake-prone Taiwan are made of solid concrete - unlike Turkey.

Good Luck To Each And All

I spoke to Marie Burke (Director, Investor Relations) a few moments ago and she said that Cymer's field office suffered no damage. At the fab plants there has been minimal structural damage but some equipment damage. Power remains out and once it is restored Cymer will do everything possible to assist the customers in getting their equipment running again.

She also said Acts of God are not covered in the warranty and if service is required the customers will be billed at normal rates.
