You can get a "Visa Check Card" from NTBK which you can use as a debit card. It can also be used as an ATM card. Their ATM card info. site also has a list of free ATM's. There goes another obstacle to internet banking if you can get cash without a service charge. I go to the grocery several times a week, and they readily give you more cash if you want when you use a debit card.
