Nobody is telling you to purchase a gun.

I have various hunting firearms in my home and my husband has a pistol he uses for target practice. He also has archery equipment. He's an excellent marksman.

As parents we made sure that our children didn't have access. And we taught them to show "proper respect" for a gun.

You have a problem with that?
