Yes, the people who voted to put Bill and Hill in a position of power ARE responsible for them. It's not as if they tried to hide their corruption. Were you surprised?

No I wasn't saying that. Bill said the guy must "feel" like a fool. I was saying the people who hired him probably "feel like fools" too.....I didn't say they were fools.

And as long as you brought it up, yes, I do think there could be a psychological screening test to help weed out pedophiles, but obviously nothing is foolproof
