Make no bones about it... Regardless of your opinion of this stock/company this is major news for Bid.com. It has opened up a very lucrative revenue stream. I expect the company to really hammer the media aggresively now in support of this deal. Market's reaction to the news.....there's no doubt that initially the market did "yawn" but it appears to be more of a delayed reaction with people trying to figure out what this is really worth. They'll quickly realize it's worth a lot of coin. I must truthfully say that one thing that has bothered me about the company (and you all know I've been very supportive) is that they always fail to report the financial details of their agreements. In fairness to them, they don't know yet however they could have at least announced the commission to be paid as per the agreement. Nontehelss, I expect the stock to climb as the media starts to pick up this story....it also, in my opinion makes coverage a whole lot easier to now obtain. Big news? Yes it is. Frank
