Tuesday Sep 21 1999

Mr. William Morton reports
Reality, a new division of Kazz Industries, is an engineering division with a focus on
consumer products and system development. Reality will use Kazz Industries' in-house
engineers and research and development department to take third-party ideas to the
marketplace. Research and development will advise on materials available, cost, graphic
design and will also develop prototypes. The Reality program will use a part of the
facilities at the Kazz production site in Kalispell, Mont., to produce and assemble
products. Chief operating officer, Tom Norris, says, "The Reality program is designed
to generate profit at each step of the process, while delivering a valuable service to
entrepreneurs and inventors with great ideas." Kazz Industries will be compensated for
all services by the customer and will accommodate them to the final stages of
production.
Mr. Morton also reports
Kazz Industries has obtained a minority shareholder position in an emerging private
company based in Arizona that is engaged in the business of developing, innovating,
acquiring, aggregating and supplying products and services in connection with the
Internet. Kazz has secured a minority position in this company in order to position itself
into the e-commerce arena and to endeavour to secure a mechanism by which to,
ultimately, advertise and market its products through the Internet. This private company
is in the infancy stage of development. The company was recently incorporated, has no
earnings and limited revenues to date. There can be no assurance that Kazz's holdings in
this private company will develop any significant value. Certain directors and officers of
Kazz are also directors, officers and founding shareholders of the private company.
