Hugh Downs is scheduled to appear on the Charlie Rose show tonight (check your local listings). Charlie usually does talk to people about their "projects under development", so I anticipate Hugh will discuss iNEXTV, or at least EXBTV. pbs.org

I'll add something to the 30%, Ed.... Even though it's negative in essence. Got this from CompanySlueth. Click here to go to the AXC home page. Information provided by MarketGuide. "Ampex Corp., through its subsidiaries, provides high-performance digital storage solutions for industry, entertainment and government applications. The Co. is also engaged in providing audio/visual content for the World Wide Web and producing video programming. For the 26 weeks ended 6/99, net sales fell 1% to $31.5M. Net loss applic. to Com. totalled $2.6M vs. income of $7.8M. Results reflect lower sales of instrumentation products and lower margins." There's no mention of any of the subs. Or new direction. Since we are holders of AXC stock and not iNEXTV stock, don't you think it reasonable that Ed should also hire someone to reflect a 'proper image' of Ampex ? If MarketGuide can log this data for Ampex's bio; it most certainly calls for a big, huge change to the perspective.... Kelly should take a tangent and first work on Ampex. That's our 'meal-ticket'. Though the subs certainly will provide the substance. And I have no doubt that they will be winners in this Streaming Media category. But.... here it is one more time, many of you had always talked about when visiting the yahoo ampex board and were not impressed with how it was, at times neither was i so i started an ampex club where, there is control of what will remain posted, the club has been open 8 days and is running smoothly with some good discoveries by curiouswalker, and tiny, and there will be more, there also is a many more things to do there, its not just a posting board, you can put up pictures of charts, of your own stock programs, add links, even set up live chats,and more.( i even added an art gallery for the artists among us) i post pictures of charts there daily, after the market closes, it has just gotten off the ground, people are posting there now,and it is going smoothly, i would like all of you to check it out, who know s maybe you ll like it. takes a few minutes to sign up. enjoy it !! clubs.yahoo.com 83 people have signed up and more then a handful from here already.
