"They were using them to overplay the downside." Well, the same exact tactic (spin) is used to the upside also. Smart traders are the ones who can see BOTH ways. Dig it?

For instance (and I've said this before), CUBE and BRCM were/are a classic "risk" arbitrage scenario. Long CUBE and short BRCM. Hedge funds had/have this position.

Everybody, CUBE is strong. CUBE has not even hit the lowest target price of all the analyst's coverage ($42 - the highest being $73).
