BOMBAY, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Indian finance firm ICICI Ltd will price its offering of American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and list them on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wednesday, a company official said on Tuesday.

``It will be a culmination of the SEC filing, the roadshows and the bookbuilding process,' Madhabi Puri Buch, joint general manager at ICICI told Reuters.

It will be the first Indian company to be listed on the NYSE.

ICICI had proposed to raise up to $315 million through an issue of ADRs.
