OLAB - good news by "company PR". No volume stock. History of EPS is flat. May have to hold a couple of months to see any movement in price. Jack

OraLabs president arrested for selling stimulant

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Dec 17 (Reuters) - OraLabs Holding Corp. (NasdaqSC:OLAB - news), a maker of
breath drops, lip balms and throat sprays, said on Friday that its president, Gary Schlatter, was arrested on
charges related to distributing pseudoephedrine, an ingredient in cold tablets that can be used to make illegal
stimulants.

OraLabs said the arrest was related to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

According to the company, the complaint charges that Schlatter conspired to distribute pseudoephedrine, knowing and having reasonable cause to
believe that it would be used to manufacture a controlled substance.

The complaint also charges that Schlatter conspired to engage in financial transactions knowing that the proceeds of the transactions were from some
form of illegal activity and with the intent of furthering a specified unlawful activity.

OraLabs said that Schlatter denies that he has committed any offense or violation of law claimed in the complaint.

OraLabs said it is not named as a party in the complaint.

It said it believes that Schlatter will vigorously defend himself against the charges made against him.

OraLabs said it has retained a law firm to investigate the legal implications to the company, if any, as a result of the allegations made against
Schlatter.
