What's with all the REIT commercials just recently? e-lending sector hot - are the assets there though? Be interesting to see a hard asset co eg. aggregator of loans go on-line

WGNR - new sale to FOX. FOX-Digital person says "the time has come for a complete system-wide transition to digital" -- no kiddin' , the FCC requires it in the major cities by Nov, then 30 more cities by May next yr, and the balance some time afterwards -- might as well roll out digital in the same cities/pattern as required by FCC
