Wallace, RE: 10-Q release has been delayed, credit facility issues from what I have heard. True, this is the reason for the delay, but I am still surprised at the market's harsh response. This is practically the exact same thing that was disclosed in the NT 10-Q 6 days ago. The only adjustment was that the credit facility will be anticipated to close before 30 Sep rather than 3-5 days. Otherwise, there are no significant negatives in the announcement. And the fact that they announced that they may sell some stores and had hired Wasserstein as an advisor is a positive, IMO.
