REB..be careful looking at CS as a value play - with everything you just said the biggest key is NEW management, but the plethora of good news and PR to me indicates a buyout - a lot of noise other than that...revenues are down from year ago, growth is non-existent, analyst upgrades are due to future promises of Patel for 30-40% growth...but it will be very very tough.....again, being in this industry, I have been holding CS for a while because they WILL get bought out. matter of when not IF - all the other talk (Great EXPECTED growth) is to keep this thing pretty during the dating process..

>>I think it's a safe play either way.

Not to be a knit-picker, but CS currently is a speculative play IMO based on its prospects for turning the business around & implied rumors of being an attractive takeover target. Don't get me wrong I'm not negative on CS & like the risk-to-reward ratio, but calling it a "safe play" IMO is a bit of a stretch.
