Thread,

Doing some DD on ARMHY. Trying to get a handle on royalty rate (at least a ballpark figure). From 2Q report I see 14.4M pounds total revenue of which 18% was royalties, or 2.59M pounds. They report 1Q shipments of 28.6 units,(I assume royalties accrue in Q following shipment) which implies an average of 2.59/28.6 or 0.09 pounds per unit.

Does this make any sense to anyone here? Anyone have a sense of variability of royalties across product lines? Would be grateful for any help.

TIA, jack
