S.W, hardly believable, BUT TRUE, I found this in my e-mail Box from

"This Week Picks"....

MRTOE - We hear the "e" should be lifted within a day or two. We are told
Merchant on Line, which does Internet credit card processing is about to
get a major contract from a Multi National Bank. This will include services
for International travellers cheques. Interesting....Merchant on Line
clears through "The Bank of Burmuda" which no doubt will attract alot of
Global e-commerce clients. Stock was over $8 current price $.50

*** $BILLION MARKET MAKER MANIPULATION LITIGATION ***

In case some of you had not heard...

The SEC and NASD do take action against Market Maker manipulation, which those of us on SI or RB with Level 2 service have noticed is a very pervasive problem these days.

Here is a NASDAQ lawsuit for over one billion dollars due to MM manipulation of over 1600 stocks.

nasdaqlitigation.com

This is just a settlement on spread manipulation of NASDAQ stocks. Just think how big a suit might someday be lodged
against MM's of BB stocks who do a lot more than charge an extra little bit on the ask.

If your stock is affected by MM manipulation you may want to notify the SEC at the following email address: enforcement@sec.gov or call your district SEC or NASD office.

ARTM: all of this volume on no news didn't come from nowhere. There is a lot of people watching this stock right now. With its valuation to
to the market & profitability it is destined for at LEAST mid term success. At least $3 by the end of October, if DNTK turns out well.
