>>>Has anyone compared customer service at Netbank, Wingspan Bank, and TeleBank? Do they all suck equally?

No.

FWIW..AW a couple weeks back the stock seemed to do the same thing on about 5mill shares from 20 to 25. I seen this one coming early...and picked up some 20's traders to keep over night. I'm not expecting much, but that's when it usually happens to me.

Herc:

After becoming too frustrated at the snail pace of Netbank's website, I opened an account at Wingspan. I never had any other customer service complaints with NTBK over the 14 months I've had accounts there.

The Wingspan site is very refreshing - vastly superior to NTBK IMO. the main benefit is it responds in about 1/5 the amount of time. I can actually pay a bill before becoming so impatient I open up another browser window.

With NTBK, I open another browser window, become involved in that one, and find I've been logged off for idle time back at NTBK!!!! I think their server thinks that I am the server.gg

Anyway, happy with Wingspan. Not happy with NTBK.

BTW, Wingspan will reimburse $5 per month of ATM charges and will give you up to $200 for opening an account. Their telephone representatives have been quite good to date.

regards, peter
