Kevin,
Gee if you read that without knowing much about the deal
it sure looks like Allan was a crook.
I think it is totally laughable, i.e, the nonsense those
scallywags put out.
I don't know why a statement of defense hasn't been filed.
I do know BS when I read it, though.
Lew

Kevin, this is sooooo very rich (taken from the post
that you were kind enough to paste):
"Arrowhead admits it does not know the specifics of any such alleged secret interest." One can infer that
they don't know the generalities either. In fact, it wouldn't be out of the realm of common sense to infer that
they don't know if anything improper took place

Lawyer Mr. Fraser seeks unspecified damages, including aggravated and punitive damages, claiming the ex-president's
conduct has been "malicious, reprehensible, high-handed and scandalous."

Now there is a gentleman with a sense of humor--albeit a little dark for me-- but I certainly can recognize humor
when I see it!

These clowns have just convinced me to buy some UP stock.
I don't want to miss the shareholder meeting, and, since
I don't have any novels that I'm reading at the moment, I think that as a shareholder I'll be requesting the last couple board of directors meetings minutes I'll be buying 20 shares on the dip that comes with Judge Gutheries ruling-- that should be about $20 CDN.
