I hate it when CNBC starts broadcasting live --the press conference of Joel Klein. I noticed this at the end of the evidence phase as well. He sounds like some know-it-all politician (even though he is not in politics).
Will CNBC broadcast Microsoft's press conference----i doubt it. They did not do it last time either.
It is easy to making a convincing argument when only one side is presented.

Microsoft's tactics are being criticized as anti-competitive. That fierce competitive spirit is what put American computer technology at the top and kept it there despite a soaring US dollar. Without companies like MSFT, forget about a power base in the USA. It would have been elsewhere. I hope your politicians are able to figure this out.
