"Service can be VERY profitable" I agree. My understanding, from what I've been able to dig up, is that the large investors that were in this stock lost confidence in the companies management and their ability to "manage" the 22 offices in 11 states. Management appears to have the company headed in the right direction now and when they show the street consistent performance and growing earnings over several quarters, big investors will take notice again. In the meantime the stock may be a steal.
