Wally: Yah, and this guy knows what the Green Man will do when the Green Man himself is clueless? Does this guy have a Y2K book too? It is all a economic data lottery and the Green Man will make his decision based on the data while being aware to what is going on in the real world. Yah, would Alan the Green Man will raise rates in October if we were to have a market plunge between now and then? Nah.......
