We now know what the boys at Jones Day will be doing for HMSK over the next 60 days. The deal with Terradatum, of course, raises many questions based upon the news release. My gut feeling is that it is a major positive which will be demonstrated over time. HMSK has obviously made a major commitment to attempt to be on the cutting edge of technology in this area. Right now HMSK is David going into battle with Goliath (HOMS). Its slingshot is technology. The fact that Terradatum is accepting HMSK stock,hopefully restricted, is a good sign. Clearly, HMSK had a significant amount of corporate development awaiting the NASDAQ listing. Perhaps there is more to come. Does anyone have any solid information on Terradatum?
