Which means the power is out.

I think that means in-process production is safe but on hold.
Until I hear otherwise, I think it means a couple of days of production lost for TMSC. On the plus side the wafers could be safe.

So the question is how does this affect Cube?

Any Semi producton folks out there? What happens to a foundry on stand-by-power?

It's a non-event. period. Now, CUBE is a buying opportunity - especially if the news about REPLAY pans out.
