Yes, Lalit, my friend, I'm back. And it's nice to hear "my spark" has been missed.

The Gold sector is a demoralized sector, there is no doubt about that.
And the US Government is probably the most corrupt gov't in the world, there is no doubt about that either. And our people are more computer literate than any other on the planet. These facts do NOT NOT excuse or conceal our leaders taking this nations' people down the garden path regarding gold manipulation and trash talking it.

Shortly, in about 100 days, when y2k chaos hits, the garden path will end up being the USA LEd well-trodden path to the compost heap. Those with adequate TANGILBLE financial provisionings will be survivors,
and the rest with their crushing debt burdens, their overpriced housing and their gossamer job illusions will be scratching their heads, sitting on the dungheap, fighting amongst their friends, neighbors and former co-workers and dungbeetles for every discarded morsel.

These five months I've taken to get away from the rat race and putting into place our last financial puzzle piece for the impending chaos (acquiring goldmining property with both lode and placer resources) has been both catharic mentally and spiritually, as well as physically challenging.

Where as the gold world with which I have always been associated in my adult years has been reduced by many on this forum and elsewhere to just 3 words: Price Of Gold,
I have sought for and found the most basic level of financial planning, seeking for and acquiring living breathing goldmines, a source of real piece of mind, frankly. And obviously, by the website
I built for another older couple who live quite a ways away from my acreage, I've been accepted into a wonderfully real, down to population of earthy people who know the mining business in ways I need my currently level of learning and understanding to expand.

As far as financial security goes, Lalit, there is no practical, quick way you nor I could ever acquire, let alone operate a bank,
even a community sized one in this world. Sure, buying shares in one or several can equate to partial ownership, a trickle down piece of financial security I suppose.

But, when one owns something everyone in the world will sooner or later recognize in its intrinsic form, as well as willingly barter and exchange for it during AND AFTER the horrendous paradigm shift about to hit this planet, then THAT PERSON has some choices open to them that will be closed to a vast majority of others.

Let us suppose for an instance that you would join me in this mental exercise:
Reduce your existance to its basic financial components.
Food for one for one day.
Water for one day.
Shelter for one for one day.
Clothing for one for one day.
Lantern or torch fuel for one day.
HOW MUCH WOULD THAT COST YOU for one day's existance? $25? $50? $500?

Continue with me for a moment, please. If you feel like sharing your
"number" or not is up to you, but let me know how reducing your life to this basic elements and turning that into dollars and cents in your thinking bounced around in your mind.

Then we'll continue this dialogue together, yes?
